Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the MRI epilepsy positive group and MRI epilepsy negative group are patients who meet the diagnosis of epilepsy in symptomatology and EEG examination and are admitted to the hospital for evaluation and treatment; the seizure-free group is the control group without seizures, such as brain tumors, patients with traumatic brain injury; 2. Aged >= 3 years; 3. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily, with good compliance and able to cooperate with follow-up; 4. Research subjects (or their legal representatives) have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, and kidney, and female patients during pregnancy and lactation; 2. Patients with poor compliance, irregular medication, and lost to follow-up after treatment; 3. Patients who require withdrawal from clinical research; 4. Participated in other clinical studies 2 months before the start of the study.
