Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At the same time, it meets the diagnostic and syndrome standards of Chinese and Western medicine; 2. Aged over 60 years old; 3. Have not received any treatment affecting constipation 2 weeks before treatment; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal stenosis caused by organic disease, and constipation caused by drugs; 2. Combined with severe damage to the heart, liver, kidney, lung and other organs; 3. Patients with endocrine diseases such as diabetes; 4. People with cognitive impairment and mental disorders; 5. Those who cannot take care of themselves in life; 6. Poor compliance and unable to cooperate with examination and treatment; 7. Those who are known to be allergic to the food used in this test and its ingredients; 8. Participate in other clinical investigators.
