Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. First diagnosed as stage 0-III colorectal cancer by pathological examination; 3. Treatment (surgery, radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy) has been completed; 4. CRF screening is moderate to severe fatigue; 5. Able to use smartphones or long-term caregivers can assist their use; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sports group: 1. Those with a history of tumors in other parts or with distant metastasis; 2. Postoperative stoma time = 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 100mmHg) or cerebrovascular disease; 6. Severe lung disease; 7. Severe metabolic diseases; 8. There are other diseases that limit motor function or may worsen by exercise; 9. Mental problems or learning disabilities; 10. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant within 6 months; 11. Those who have the habit of regular exercise (moderate-intensity exercise >=5 days per week, time >=30min/day). Diet group: 1. Those with a history of tumors in other parts or with distant metastasis; 2. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant within 6 months; 3. Those who cannot eat normally; 4. Cognitive dysfunction; 5. Combined with insufficiency of heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs; 6. Diabetes; 7. Severe anemia, thrombocytopenia, malnutrition or cachexia; 8. Other diseases with special dietary restrictions.
