Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 45 years; 2.Runners must have run at least 10 km weekly for at least one year; 3.The diagnosis of the disease by the doctor: the tenderness inside calcaneal tuberosity; there is pain on the first step of landing in the morning, there is pain on getting up after sitting for a long time, or if the pain is caused by exercise for a long time; 4.The duration of pain symptoms was more than 4 months; 5.Ultrasound examination showed that the thickness of plantar fascia was more than 4mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fracture, joint dislocation, rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases; 2.Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, psychosis; 3.Patients who had taken drugs, cortisol injection or received similar therapy within 6 weeks before the normal test.
