Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 3. The operation time is expected to be more than two hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index 40 kg m^2; 2. Body temperature >=37.5? or <= 36. 0?; 3. Patients with thyroid disease or severe endocrine, heart, lung, liver, kidney and mental, neurological diseases; 4. Preoperative use of antipsychotics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that affect intraoperative body temperature; 5. Those who need vascular access in both upper extremities or severe edema of both lower extremities affecting body temperature monitoring; 6. Have a history of severe skin allergies, especially to silicone or plastic; 7. Refused to participate in the experiment.
