Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumor by surgery or tissue biopsy; 2. Men and women are not limited, the age is over 60 years old, ECOG = 1.5 x 10^9/L, platelets >= 100 x 10^9/L, hemoglobin >= 90g/L; serum bilirubin Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase 50ml/min; left ventricular ejection fraction greater than 50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to treatment drugs; 2. Combined with serious infection; 3. The expected survival period is less than 3 months; 4. Unable to cooperate with the research for any reason (such as communication disorder, language comprehension disorder, mental illness, etc.); 5. Do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
