Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery; 2. Those who are over 18 years old, male or female, and have the ability to act independently; 3. Agree to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Take beta-blockers before surgery; 2. The patient is incapable of completing the 6MWT; 3. Unable to cooperate with the research for any reason (such as language comprehension disorder, mental illness, etc.); 4. The implementation of 6MWT is risky.
