Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the KOA diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis" issued by the Orthopaedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. No other treatments that may affect the results of the study, such as intra-articular injection, physical therapy (cold therapy, heat therapy, massage, acupuncture, etc.) or surgery, have not been performed within 1 week; 4. The patient has highly sensitive tender points at the attachment of the adductor muscle at the root of the thigh and the attachment of the lateral iliac pterygoid muscle of the hip buttocks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; 2. Combined with knee joint infection, tumor, tuberculosis and related rheumatic immune system diseases; 3. The treatment of local skin with trauma, inflammation and infection is not suitable for shock wave therapy; 4. Those who are mentally abnormal, or have difficulty making objective answers to the questionnaires and obtaining objective evaluations; 5. Exclude other parts of arthritis; 6. Patients or their families refused to sign the informed consent.
