Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restriction, aged 65 to 85 years; 2. ASA classification II to III; 3. No liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. No history of taking psychotropic drugs within half a year before admission; 5. Able to correctly understand the contents of the Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE), with a preoperative MMSE score of >=23.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with central nervous system diseases, taking sedatives and antidepressants; 2. Severe organ dysfunction; 3. Severe cerebrovascular disease, cerebral metabolic disease, history of dementia, etc., alcoholics who drink for a long time; 4. Severe visual or hearing impairment or those who cannot communicate with the visitors due to other reasons.
