Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. 13C urea breath test is positive; 3. Meet the indications for Helicobacter pylori eradication (according to the Fifth National Consensus Report on the Treatment of Helicobacter pylori Infection); 4. Patients who have failed to take the quadruple regimen for 10-14 days at least twice in the past and need to undergo gastroscopy; 5. Those who have received Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy in the past need to stop the drug for more than 3 months before entering the group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in the eradication program; 2. Patients with a history of ß-lactam allergy, allergic constitution and allergic reaction. 3. After gastric surgery; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Taking glucocorticoids, non-steroidal drugs, anticoagulants; 6. Patients with low body weight (weight less than 40kg), patients with severe liver, kidney, cardiac insufficiency, malignant tumor, and cerebrovascular disease.
