Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Be able to communicate normally before surgery, and be able to complete scale evaluation and testing; 3. Those who have no history of mental illness, or who have suffered from mental illness but have been cured or have no clinical symptoms; 4. No sequelae of cerebrovascular accident, no history of cerebrovascular surgery; 5. No history of drug (alcohol) addiction or abuse.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class V; 2. Those who were transferred to ICU due to disease factors after operation and were treated with ventilator; 3. Peripheral nerve block or spinal anesthesia failed to be changed to general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation .
