Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer group: (1) 18-80 years old, male or female; (2) patients suspected of lung cancer by preoperative imaging examination and subsequently confirmed by surgical resection or biopsy; (3) Subjects were patients diagnosed with lung cancer for the first time and had not received any cancer treatment-related surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other treatment measures before voice collection; (4) Sign the informed consent and ensure the compliance of the test; 2. Benign pulmonary nodules group: (1) 18-80 years old, male or female; (2) Lung CT examination excluded lung malignant tumor and other malignant tumors; (3) Lung CT shows pulmonary nodules, but tissue specimens obtained by surgery or lung puncture are confirmed to be benign pulmonary nodules, inflammatory nodules, hamartoma, pulmonary tuberculosis nodules and other benign pulmonary nodules after pathological diagnosis; (4) Sign the informed consent and ensure the compliance of the test; 3. Health group: (1) 18-80 years old, male or female; (2) No obvious abnormality was found in lung CT, so lung benign malignant tumor and other diseases were excluded; (3) Healthy people who did not suffer from any acute or chronic diseases for at least 3 months before entering the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from non-lung cancer respiratory diseases such as primary emphysema and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, which may affect TCM syndrome differentiation; 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver and renal dysfunction; 3. Patients with mental illness; 4. People with hearing impairment, language impairment or cognitive impairment; 5. Previous medical history suggests laryngeal disease unrelated to possible lung cancer; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Native language is not Chinese; 8. Unable to cooperate with researchers due to subjective and objective reasons.
