Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The resident population of Dadi Village; 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent; 4. People with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus; 2. Patients with poor blood glucose control (HbA1c>=9); 3. Pregnanancy and lactation; 4. Special types of diabetes; 5. Acute or chronic renal insufficiency; 6. Acute hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver failure; 7. Severe gastrointestinal dysfunction and gastrointestinal surgery; 8. Hyperglycemia caused by endocrine diseases, such as Cushing's syndrome, hyperthyroidism, pheochromocytoma, etc. 9. Immune system diseases; 10. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents in the last 3 months; 11. Acute infection; 12. A history of trauma and surgery within the last 2 weeks; 13. Malignant tumor; 14. Long-term use of hormones; 15. Long-term tea consumption; 16. Long-term use of Traditional Chinese medicine, health care products; 17. Unable to move, or uncooperative.
