18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke certified by CT or MRI; 2. Patients with primary unilateral stroke, upper limb dysfunction, MRC<=3, and stable condition; 3. Patients can walk unaided for more than 20 meters; 4. Patients aged from 18 to 85 years with a 1-year course of disease, both sexes;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients have cognitive impairment, MMSE < 20; 2. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 3. The patient's condition was worsen with new infarcts or increased intracerebral hemorrhage; 4. The affected side of the upper limb arthritis, tendon injury or fracture, wrist joint or finger contracture; 5. Patients who participate in other clinical trials of upper and lower limb rehabilitation programs at the same time.
