Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Indications for central radiotherapy; 2. ECOG physical status Score (PS) 0-2, aged = 3 months; 4. The patient must meet all of the following conditions: White blood cell count in the range of 4,000-10,000/mm3, neutrophil count >= 2,000/mm3, platelet count >= 100,000/mm3, hemoglobin >= 11.0g/dL, AST and ALT <= 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value, Total bilirubin <= 24umol/L and serum creatinine <= 85umol/L; 5. Be able to obtain complete follow-up information, understand the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological type, stage and survival status not meeting the criteria; 2. Patients who cannot tolerate radiotherapy or stop radiotherapy halfway for more than 1 week; 3. Breastfeeding and/or pregnant women.
