18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with less than or equal to 2 limbs fracture were operated on; 2. ASA I-II, aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender; 3. BMI: 20-25kg/m2; 4. No asthma, lung and airway diseases; 5. The patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lying in women, children, elderly and frail patients; 2. Trunk fracture or multiple body injuries; 3. Chest and lung injury or disease; 4. Abnormal internal environment and liver and kidney function; 5. Accompanied by symptoms of peripheral nerve injury; 6. Coagulation dysfunction or blood disease; 7. The use of anticoagulants or insufficient time for drug withdrawal; 8. Local anesthetics allergy and other cases that can not be included in the group.
