Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms: Nodules can move up and down with swallowing, without redness, swelling, heat and pain; 2. Physical signs: One or more unilateral or bilateral thyroid nodules can be found on thyroid examination. The nodules have clear boundaries and no tenderness. They can move up and down with swallowing; 3. Imaging examination: B-mode ultrasound examination of thyroid revealed 1 or more thyroid nodules with uniform echo, absence of irregular shape and margin halo, insufficient blood supply in the nodules, no microcalcification in the nodules, needlelike diffuse or clusterlike calcification, and no abnormality in cervical lymph node ultrasound. B- ultrasonography showed three types of nodules.No suspicious ultrasound findings; 4. Aged from 20 to 60 years; 5. Nodules less than 2.5cm; 6. TSH > 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Solid hypoechoic or cystic solid nodules are hypoechoic nodules in the solid component.There is abundant blood supply in the nodule; 2.It has one or more of the following ultrasonic characteristics: (1) Hypoechoic or very hypoechoic; (2) Marginal lobulation or blurring; (3) Microcalcification; (4) Aspect ratio > 1; 3. Patients with excessive thyroid nodules, obvious symptoms of compression and breathing difficulties; 4. The serum ALT and AST were 1.5 times higher than normal; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who cannot insist on taking the medicine; 7. Patients who require surgery; 8. Abnormal thyroid hormone; 9. Cystic nodules.
