45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe pneumonia, meet the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia established by the American Thoracic Society; 2. Gender and age are not limited; 3. All received mechanical ventilation for tracheal intubation; 4. Compliant with fiberoptic bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage treatment Indications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart insufficiency, liver and kidney failure; 2. Serious infection of the extrapulmonary system; 3. Severe bleeding tendency, coagulopathy; 4. Other contraindications for bronchoscopy alveolar lavage.
