Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria met GOLD's 2015 diagnostic criteria for moderate and severe COPD stabilization, and the percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second after inhaling bronchodilators to the estimated value (FEV1 to the estimated value %) was 30%-79%; 2. In stable phase, no respiratory infection or acute attack in the last 4 weeks and stable for more than 1 month after treatment; 3. At least 2 acute exacerbations of moderate severity or 1 acute exacerbation leading to hospitalization in the past 1 year; 4. Aged from 40 to 80 years; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary heart disease, bronchiectasis and other serious cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2. Language communication disorder and cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients with bone and joint diseases and no ability to move autonomously; 4. Currently undergoing lung rehabilitation; 5. Long-term oxygen therapy (daily oxygen inhalation time > 12h); 6. Past history of chronic alcohol or substance abuse.
