Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The adult septic patients met the criteria of sepsis-3; 2. Adult patients with common Infections (without infection-related organ failure); 3. Adult health control (Health checkers); 4. Willing to be included in the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects had any active autoimmune disease or had a history of autoimmune disease; 2. Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection, mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, Hepatitis B virus virus infection; 3. Patients with tumors (including solid tumors and hematological system tumors); 4. Cognitive impairment, intellectual impairment, mental impairment, consciousness impairment, hearing impairment unable to cooperate; 5. Received hormones or immunosuppressants therapy 14 days before the study were included; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. The estimated survival time is less than 6 months due to other serious diseases; 8. Have participated in other clinical trials.
