Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart valve diseases (including severe aortic stenosis, mitral insufficiency, tricuspid insufficiency and other valve diseases) undergoing transcatheter valve repair or replacement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for CMR examination: including but not limited to patients who have installed cardiac pacemaker (non-magnetic), implanted metal heart valve, non-magnetic vascular metal clip in the body, and patients within three months of pregnancy; 2. There are contraindications that cannot tolerate transcatheter heart valve repair or replacement: including but not limited to left ventricular thrombosis, left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, myocardial infarction within 30 days, anatomical morphology of valve root is not suitable for transcatheter heart valve repair or replacement, and the life expectancy is less than 1 year after correcting valve stenosis (such as malignant tumor).
