Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject shall be diagnosed as pure PWS and categorized as red or purple; 2. Between 14 and 30 years old, male or female; 3. The skin lesion area of the red spot is located on the face and neck; 4. the lesion area of the bright red spot is within 10*10cm2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated diseases at the site: Sturge-Weber syndrome; 2. thickened lesions with nodules; 3. The treatment area has received isotope therapy, photodynamic therapy or other treatment that may affect the evaluation of efficacy; 4. Currently suffering from allergic diseases;Patients with known photodermic hypersensitivity, porphyria, or known allergic history to experimental drugs (porphyrins) and their chemically similar structures; 5. Patients with allergic constitution, scar constitution or the tendency to form scar; 6. Patients who have been treated with known photosensitive drugs such as griseofulfomycin, retinoic acid, thiazide diuretics, sulfonamides and tetracycline in the past 4 weeks; 7. People with known severely impaired immune function, or who need long-term use of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants; 8. Abnormal ecg, organic heart disease;Abnormal liver function or severe renal dysfunction (renal function index exceeding 1.5 times the upper limit of normal); 9. People with inherited or acquired blood clotting disorders or who are taking anticoagulant drugs; 10. Suffering from serious neuropsychiatric diseases or endocrine diseases;Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or using inappropriate contraceptive methods.
