65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II; 2. The cardiopulmonary function is basically normal and can tolerate single-lung ventilation; 3. Thoracoscopic operation lasted more than 60 minutes; 4. Understand and agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to surgery and anesthesia; 2. Patients with anaesthetic drug allergy; 3. Patients with severe coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, metabolic disease, and severe liver and kidney function injury; 4. The preoperative MMSE score exceeded the lowest score of the corresponding education level; 5. Difficult airway; 6. Drug addiction and mental illness.
