experimental group:Piperacillin/tazobactam 4.5g for injection was added with 0.9% sodium chloride injection to form 100 ml, and the infusion rate was controlled through an infusion pump (infusion rate
control group:Piperacillin/tazobactam 4.5g for injection was added into 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100ml intravenously at a constant rate for 1 hour, once every 8 hours

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Critical patients admitted to the ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who had blood disease or immune system disease, mental system disease, malignant tumor and those who had used corticosteroid or immunosuppressive drugs within 6 months.
