Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. The operation will be performed under general anesthesia; 4. PCIA will be used postoperatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to express their feelings clearly; 2. Taking opioids, painkillers or sedatives for a long time; 3. Taking chemotherapeutic drugs and antiemetic drugs in the past week; 4. Gastrointestinal obstruction, placing gastric tube; 5. Taking tracheal tube to ICU after operation.
