Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 10 to 80 years; 2. Clinical symptoms: (there is itching, earache, foreign body sensation in the ear, otorrhea and hearing loss, etc.); 3. Physical examination (by ear endoscopy): villous, gray-black plaques can be seen under the ear endoscopy, fungal hyphae attached, and may be accompanied by purulent secretions or crusts, external auditory canal congestion, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from malignant tumors of the ear; 2. Patients who have undergone ear radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Those who have used otitis externa-related drugs or topical external auditory canal drugs within 1 week, and those who have used local or systemic antibacterial drugs within 1 week.
