Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. University students aged from 18 to 34 years; 2. Average score of Depression dimension in Chinese College Students' Mental Health Screening Scale is between 2 and 3; 3. No dyslexia; 4. Able to read Chinese; 5. Patients provided their written and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The score of any item in suicide dimension in Chinese College Students' Mental Health Screening Scale is >=3; 2. Standard score of suicide dimension or hallucination and delusion dimension of Chinese College Students Mental Health Screening Scale is >3.
