Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under elective general anesthesia; 2. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 3. The ASA I-II level;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to dexmedetomidine; 2. Patients with motion sickness, preoperative heart rate 25) or sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; 11. Previous use ofa2 agonists such as dextromethorphan or other drugs affecting the outcome of the study 1 month prior to surgery. 12. Patients with a history of mental illness or recent use of psychotropic drugs.
