Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preeclampsia group: women clinically diagnosed with preeclampsia, whose diagnostic criteria refer to the 2020 ACOG "Guidelines for Hypertensive Diseases in Pregnancy, and whose systolic blood pressure >=140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg after 20 weeks of gestation are accompanied by any one of the following: (1) Urine protein quantification >= 0.3g/24 h; (2) Urinary protein/creatinine ratio >= 0.3, (3) Random urine protein >= (+); (4) Without proteinuria, but accompanied by any of the following organs or systems involved: heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs, or abnormal changes in the blood system, digestive system, nervous system, placenta and fetus involved, etc. 2. Control group: age and pre-pregnancy weight were matched with preeclampsia group, menstrual cycle was normal (21-35 days), and no other pregnancy complications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy complicated with chronic hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and other systemic diseases; 2. Pregnant women with twin and multiple pregnancies.
