Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster, the course of disease is less than one month; 2. Patients with herpes zoster neuralgia with involvement of cervical, thoracic or lumbar ganglia; 3. Visual analogue scale > 3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have infection or tumor at the puncture site; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and abnormal blood coagulation; 3. Poor blood sugar control in diabetic patients; 4. Long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or systemic failure; 5. Suffer from mental illness and cannot cooperate with surgery.
