Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Married women aged from 25 to 40 years; 2. Comply with western medical infertility diagnostic criteria; 3. Comply with TCM syndrome differentiation criteria for kidney yin deficiency; 4. Male semen routine is basically normal; 5. Signed and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infertility caused by other reasons; 2. People who have used hormonal drugs within the past 3 months; 3. People who have no pregnancy function in the uterus or who cannot bear pregnancy with serious physical diseases; 4. People who suffer from severe mental illness People with diseases, acute infections of the genitourinary system, and sexually transmitted diseases; 5. People with genetic diseases that are not suitable for childbearing and currently unable to practice PGD as stipulated in the "Mother and Child Health Care Law"; 6. People with serious bad habits such as drug abuse; 7. Those who have been exposed to teratogenic radiation, poisons, and drugs and are in the active period.
