18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetic nephropathy diagnosed by renal biopsy, UACR who met the diagnostic criteria of early diabetic nephropathy, and patients with type 2 diabetes previously diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients in the department of Nephrology with other renal diseases; 2. Patients with tumors and malignant wasting diseases; 3. Patients with primary obesity; 4. Patients who are taking lipid-lowering drugs; 5. Patients diagnosed with type 1 diabetes or other types of diabetes; 6. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
