Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with ASA GRADE II-III and meeting the clinical standards for deep venipuncture: (1) newborn; (2) Infant: 1 month to 1 year old; (3) Children aged 1-3; (4) Pre-school-age children aged 3-6; (5) School-age children from 6 to 12 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neck deformity, chest deformity, history of trauma, surgical history, local infection; 2. Patients with coagulation disorder; 3. Patients with superior vena cava syndrome; 4. Thrombus in internal jugular vein or subclavian vein detected by ultrasound.
