Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. End-stage heart failure group: (1) Patients diagnosed with end-stage heart failure requiring heart transplantation; (2) No shock, no obvious organ failure except heart; 2. Normal control group: (1) patients determined to be brain dead and with normal cardiac function by rigorous expert assessment; 3. Have detailed clinical data and personal basic information, complete medical records and support diagnosis; 4. The patient did not receive a large amount of fluid treatment outside the hospital before admission; 5. Blood system tests were basically normal; 6. Liver and kidney functions are basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. End-stage heart failure group: patients requiring combined organ transplantation and re-heart transplantation; 2. Minors or patients over the age of 70; 3. Patients with severe infections or infectious diseases; 4. Patients with obesity or BMI greater than 35 kg/m2; 5. Those who are participating in other clinical trials or are considered unsuitable for clinical trials by researchers for other reasons; 6. Normal control group: (1) Patients with cardiac trauma; (2) patients with myocardial infarction or with any other cardiomyopathy; (3) Examination of any patients with abnormal cardiac function and structure.
