Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 50 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective short surgery under general anesthesia; 3. ASA I-II?; 4. 18.5<=BMI<=28; 5. Willing to participate and able to understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to propofol; 2. Pregnant women or pregnant women; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney diseases; 4. Patients expected to have a difficult airway; 5. Participated in other drug trials within three months; 6. Long term use of central nervous system stimulants; 7. Patients who cannot cooperate and communicate.
