Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective hip fracture surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. No contraindications to regional anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disagree to participate in this study; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Sepsis; 4. Liver or renal failure; 5. Pregnancy and opioid intake at home.
