Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a histopathological diagnosis of CRC; 2. Aged from 18 to 79 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy; 2. Confirmed metastases or primary tumours in other organs; 3. Patients with a combination of high risk factors such as coronary heart disease, smoking or alcohol consumption; 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Those with severe psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment; 6. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this trial; 7. Those who have recently taken drugs that may affect immune function; 8. Those who have recently taken antibiotics or probiotics.
