Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Any male or female patient aged 18 or older; 2. Understand the purpose of the clinical trial and sign the informed consent and provide 30ml random urine sample; 3. Meet one of the following conditions: (1) Patients suspected of urothelial carcinoma (including bladder cancer, renal pelvis cancer, ureter cancer, etc.); (2) Healthy persons or clinically diagnosed benign lesions of the urinary system, including: urinary calculi, renal cyst, ureteral stricture, urethral stricture, hypospadias, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tract infection, chronic prostatitis, glandular cystitis and other benign diseases of the urinary system; (3) Patients with non-urothelial carcinoma, including prostate cancer, kidney cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, etc; 4. Agree to undergo urine cytology examination, if conditions permit, the results of urine FISH examination can be added.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with two or more tumors at the same time; 3. Patients who cannot be diagnosed clinically or pathologically.
