Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of insomnia according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fourth Edition, DSMIV); 2. Experienced insomnia for more than a month but less than 2 years before the trial started; 3. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 4. Voluntarily agreed with the investigation and signed a written informed consent form before the clinical trial started.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient had serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system disease; 2. Patient's insomnia was caused by nervous system disease (eg, stroke, Parkinson's Disease); 3. Patient's insomnia was caused by mental disorders including depression or anxiety; 4. Patient had a history of sleep apnea; 5. Pregnant or lactating woman; 6. Patient has been or is currently receiving cognitive behavioral therapy.
