Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Reproductive Age 18 ~ 34;Gestational hypertension, pre-eclampsia and ECLAMPSIA conform to the American Society of obstetricians and gynecologistsguide to gestational hypertension and pre-eclampsia 2019 edition; Regular Prenatal Examination and delivery of live foetuses in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chronic hypertension diagnosed before pregnancy or before 20 weeks of pregnancy; history of diabetes, connective tissue disease, malignant tumor before pregnancy; history of recurrent spontaneous abortion, teratogenesis, stillbirth and other adverse pregnancy history; chromosomal or other fetal abnormalities, spontaneous abortion, Cases of termination of pregnancy such as induced abortion; premature rupture of membranes, placenta previa; those who are considered inappropriate by other researchers (such as those who have poor compliance and may conceal relevant information, etc.).
