Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single planar open limb fragmentation for the first time, unilateral or bilateral, partial or complete fragmentation, no or little blood supply at distal part of the limb; 2. The rest part of the body needs no amputation surgery; 3. Patients' agreement on emergency replantation surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existence of hot crush injury.
