Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old; 2. ASA grade I-II and cardiac function grade I-II. There were no serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and no obvious abnormalities of liver and kidney function before operation; 3. They all volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of hypertension and diabetes; 2. Use vasoactive drugs to control hemodynamics, and those with vascular diseases, such as arteritis, Raynaud's disease, etc.; 3. Abnormal respiratory tract anatomy, difficult airway, ankylosing spondylitis and other difficult ventilation intubation, and those who need awake intubation; 4. Patients with respiratory failure, PaO250mmHg, acute asthma attack, and excessive phlegm; 5. Patients with cardiac insufficiency, those with heart failure who cannot lie supine, and those with uncontrolled angina pectoris; 6. Severe arrhythmia, heart valve disease, acute myocardial infarction or recent myocardial infarction; 7. Have a history of allergy to anesthetic drugs or infused liquids, and cannot cooperate with the researcher for various other reasons.
