18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Not less than 18 years old; 2. PAD diagnosed by ABI/TBI/Doppler ultrasound/CTA/MRA; 3. The clinical grade meets the CLI diagnostic criteria: Fontaine grade IV (tissue ulcer, gangrene) or Rutherford V-VI (slight tissue loss/tissue ulcer/gangrene); 4. Successfully underwent endovascular revascularization; 5. Sign the informed consent and be able to complete the 12-month clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other clinical studies; 2. Heart failure (NYHA class III/IV)/heart disease with right-to-left shunt/severe aortic and mitral regurgitation/acute coronary syndrome/malignant arrhythmia/severe pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary arterial pressure 90mmHg)/ Moderate to severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <60ml/min); 3. Any allergic constitution; 4. Pregnant women.
