Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. ASA classification I~II; 3.BMI18.0-23.99kg/m2; 4. The expected operation time is more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's auricle has infection, deformity or hearing limitation; 2. The recent history of taking drugs that affect the body's autonomic nervous system; 3. Known cognitive impairment or mental illness before surgery; 4. The patient refused to accept the experiment.

blood pressure will be measured at 1-minute intervals for 10 minutes after the administration of ephedrine;
