50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Right-handed, Chinese aged 50-85 years; 2. Voluntarily sign the informed consent; 3. Patients diagnosed with MCI; 4. Reach the safety standard of rTMS treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have severe vision, hearing, aphasia and other physical diseases and cannot successfully complete the neuropsychological test; 2. Have other clear history of neurological or psychiatric diseases (such as dementia, stroke, Parkinson's disease, major depression, etc.), cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, vitamin B12 deficiency or history or evidence of drug abuse; 3. History of continuous use of any drugs that may affect cognitive function within the past 1 month; 4. Structural magnetic resonance imaging indicates the presence of new lesions or space-occupying lesions; 5. The relevant questionnaire scores meet the following standards: Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score >= 17, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA-14) score >= 14, Apathy Scale (AES-S) score >= 30, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index (PSOI) scale >= 16, life events scale (LES) score > 20.
