Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged 18 to 75 years; 2. No acid suppression treatment, no sedative, sleep, anti-anxiety and depression drugs within 2 weeks; 3. Diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease (Gerd>=Q8 points; gastroscope indicates reflux esophagitis, Barrett's esophagus; pH measurement indicates acid reflux; any of the above conditions are met); 4. Hamilton anxiety or depression score >= 7 points; 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hyperthyroidism and other diseases that obviously change the indicators of the brain-gut axis; 2. Patients with known gastrointestinal tumors and severe gastrointestinal ulcers; 3. Samples that do not meet the requirements for sample collection and processing; 4. The test result is missing the test result of the test reagent (or comparative method); 5. During the test, the test results were recorded incorrectly, and the source could not be traced.
