Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.iNPH patients undergoing selective cerebrospinal fluid shunt surgery; 2.Right-handed patients; 3.ASA is classified as grade ?~?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with mental or movement disorders other than Alzheimer's disease (AD); 2. Those who have severe vision, hearing or language communication impairments and cannot complete the gait and cognitive tests; 3. There are clear brain trauma, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracranial infection, etc. in the clinical history; 4. There are metal implants or pacemakers in the body and cannot cooperate with MRI examination; 5. The claustrophobic patient.
