Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complaints of snoring; 2. All patients were diagnosed with OSAHS by polysomnography (Polysomnography, PSG); 3. No history of rhinitis, sinusitis or asthma, no allergic diseases such as asthma, or receiving hormone anti-inflammatory drugs during the study; 4. No smoking history; 5. All subjects are over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic diseases and systemic diseases, such as patients with diabetes, patients with hypertension and poorly controlled patients, patients with cardiovascular diseases, and patients with metabolic diseases; 2. Inhaled and/or systemic corticosteroid use, self-reported information on allergic or respiratory disease (allergic rhinitis, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease [COPD]) that may affect FnNO, FeNO and CaNO measurements, current airway infected patients; 3. Do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
