18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the Icu of Yijishan Hospital, Wannan Medical College from March 1, 2018 to March 2020 who underwent invasive mechanical ventilation through airway intubation; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients who were treated with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours and successfully passed the SBT test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Tracheotomy; 3. Patients with diaphragmatic paralysis.
