Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of Hypertension; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. Taking at least one hypertensive drug; 4. Clear consciousness and stable condition; 5. The patient and family members were informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with secondary hypertension; 2. People unable to take care of themselves; 3. People also with major mental illness, cognitive impairment, senile dementia, and malignant tumors, etc.; 4. People with writing or verbal communication disabilities.
